Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

[SHIPPING]:
Mandatory: Consignee's PHONE NUMBER (or your active E-mail address) is required by the courier for shipping information and giving delivery notifications. We appreciate your cooperation.

The package will be shipped from Indonesia by DHL Express or standard small package airmail with tracking numbers. Please allow several days in preparing your order and up to 5-10 days for your order to arrive after shipping.

 


[CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES]:
PLEASE NOTICE: CUSTOMS DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT.

Buyers are responsible for any Customs and Import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs. The amount of customs duty and import VAT to be paid typically will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country or once the items are dispatched.

As the threshold for the application of such charges may vary from country to country, please contact your local customs/ tax office for further information.


[REFUND / REPLACEMENT]
If you receive defect / missing items, we're happy to send you new ones. But we do require an evidence of damaging such as pictures or videos of the products when opening the package.

 


[NON-REFUNDABLE] for below reasons :
- Smell ( please note : for rattan placemats with honey color, it has a "burnt" smell, coming from the oven process ).
- Customs duty / import tax ( including if the package has arrived at buyer's country and got returned to seller ).
